When I was watching this TED video - Teaching kids to code. I thought this kind of movement would not happen in Singapore. Simply because we are too hard wired by our education to become a professional or simply joining the finance industry.
But I was wrong. There is a group of crazy dudes in Singapore that is living the dream. They created littlehackers - a community initiative for parents and kids to bond through Techie and Creative projects. You guys are amazing.
If you are a parent living in Singapore, and you want your child to standout in our soon (6.9M) population. This is the facebook group to join other than motherhood. Simply  because coding can be fun and it certainly makes your child THINK while at the same time a chance to bond both of you. Instead of just leaving them to play with ipad games.
